“Prospectus of My pleading for GOD to send help.”

This is my Vow to The Most High God of Heaven and My Pledge to the Homeless, Hopeless or Hungry.

samaritan

Please understand that every follower of Jesus has a work to do as a missionary for Christ; in the family, in the neighborhood, in the town or city where he/she lives.  All who are consecrated to God are channels of light for the homeless, hungry and poor!  We must act now; the hungry cannot afford to wait any longer!

“Involvement Pledge”

Dear Most Honorable recipient of this Prospectus; my writing you today is the result of an accident of anger. Several weeks ago, my wife and I had an argument, she was scheduled to bring food and support the feeding of the homeless poor in Chattanooga, Tennessee.  I had just returned home from a missionary event and I had made all the necessary preparations to enjoy an excellent meal while watching the Green Bay Packers get whipped by our Atlanta Falcons, I had anticipated this date with my giant screen sporting event for a long time and nothing was going to get in my way.  My wife asked me numerous times, to please come with her for support and to carry the pots of corn that was too heavy for her to carry.  After demanding that I would not go, at least five or six times; out of anger I yelled, come-on, let’s go. We drove quickly but silently to the 11th street location, I was mad and I wanted to get this over quickly and maybe catch the last quarter of the game.  As we neared the exact location, I noticed people coming from every direction, headed towards the feeding tables.  When we unloaded everything, I positioned myself behind the servers, almost in a hypnotic state; I caught myself staring at a sea of people in great need and expecting a savory meal.

There was one particular middle aged woman that caught my attention; as she approached the serving table, she reached for her plate and looking right at me, she says, “I know that all of you could have been anywhere today, you chose to be here feeding us, thank you so very much!” God used those simple words to stab me right through my heart!  I cried in my spirit.  I asked my wife, who was in charge, she said, “that man” and pointed to Mr. Alan.  I went over to him, introduced myself and asked how I might help.  I had already decided to use my influence, my time, my talent and my money for this most outstanding cause and now you know why I’m writing you today!  I need your help; I need your prayers, your talents and your money!  Let’s be clear, I don’t need anything from you!  GOD demands it!  If you claim to be the people of GOD, you must get involved.

The United States Marines recruits new members with this statement; “The Marines are looking for a few good men and women.”  Well, I’m here to tell you that The Lord God Almighty is looking for a few good men and women, to join forces with Him and get on the battle field.  Come on, we can wait no longer!

With your blessings, guidance, encouragement, leadership and support, a group of volunteers and I, plan to fully implement the “Haven for the Homeless Program.” Utilizing my pick-up truck (called the Hope-mobile) and one or more 10 x 10 canopy type tents and deliver on Sundays, the following: Health Education and Information, Clothing & Shoes, Bible Study Guides and Prayer, if requested.  We shall grow quickly; already, more and more people are coming forward and pleading to become part of this vitally needed form of assistance.  Eventually, we shall have a separate tent for Blood Pressure & Diabetes and a separate tent for Wound Management and Skin Problems.  As our volunteer staff increases, our level of services will be only limited by the limitations placed upon us!  God has no limits. We will initially begin bi-monthly!  1st and 3rd or 2nd and 4th Sundays, 3-4 PM

Please allow me the opportunity to introduce myself; it will be a privilege to formally introduce associate volunteers as our intentions solidify. I am the Founder of the It’s Time To Tell The Truth Ministries, this Ministry has been in operations for 24 years. We currently offer the finest Natural Remedies Home Study Correspondence Course in the world.  We also created the God’s Answer 2 Cancer Divine Healing Boot-Camp program and we are the only ministry that offers the Road-Map to Wellness program for anyone with any illness. The Lord God is looking for a few good men and women; the poor and homeless cannot afford to wait any longer. Dr. Ben Carson, the newly appointed Secretary of Housing and Urban Development for President Donald Trump will receive from me a detailed proposal of our intentions to develop a Wellness Center Plan for the Housing Projects throughout America’s inner cities and we need your help! If you are impressed that The Lord is calling you, take action, call Monroe ASAP.

My name is Monroe Ammon Trotter and I’m a Medical Missionary MEDIC. I dropped out of high school in the 11th grade and my first job was riding on the back of a garbage truck in Gary Indiana; (The then murder capital of the world), later, I joined the United States Naval Service and they spent several hundred thousand dollars giving me the very best electronics education available, which allowed me to serve on a nuclear submarine.  Later I converted to become a military medic; after Hospital Corpsman School, I was given the opportunity to challenge the RN Board exams for the state of Michigan. During the Vietnam Conflict, Military Medics we known to split open the chest cavities of wounded Marines and conduct cardiac massage right there on the battle field. Military Medics are among the most trained medical people in the world!

When I retired from the military in 1991, I became an employee of the Shelby County Tennessee prison system Medical Department; for the next several years I treated thousands of inmates with traditional allopathic medical practices.  That was the first job that I loved and hated at the same time.  I was always fearful of needle sticks or responding to violent fights where the HIV blood was often present.

After prison (as an employee thank God) I received advanced training at one of the world’s  leading Lifestyle & Hospital “Natural Remedies” training facilities in Wildwood Georgia.  I had no idea that The Lord was preparing me create a program to reach and help those persons who are less fortunate than most of us.  I lost my Father, Uncle and Brother to cancer.  Recently, I lost my dear Sister-in-Law to cancer.  I’ve had cancer myself numerous times; in October, 2011, I lost my bladder, prostate, appendix, 14 lymph nodes and a portion on my intestines to cancer related surgery.  Now, I know, you see why I hate suffering, pain, death and dying!

As a college educated former high school drop out with many years of unique work related experiences, it is now clear to me; The Lord God has been preparing me for something far greater than I had in the past.  He was preparing me to create a program whereby homeless people in need would be able to be helped by people who love God; without cost concerns.

America’s great medical care system has done an outstanding job!  They have educated us quite well.  However; those persons who are less fortunate than many of us, those who are homeless and in the greatest need are not being adequately reached by our outstanding health care system.  We must go to them!  We must create a “Haven for the Homeless.”

Well that’s all about to change!  By God’s Amazing Grace, We shall sound the alarm everywhere we go, we will contact friends, family and church members all over the world and plead with them to get involved,  Our religious beliefs and our freedoms in this great country demands our engagement to help others. We can no longer take “No” for an answer!

If I can serve and a Medic for the military, a Medic for the prison system, then I know that I can serve as a Medic for the homeless.  Therefore, the “Haven for the Homeless” must come to fruition!

Help for Today & Hope for Tomorrow!

In the great cities are multitudes who receive less care and consideration than are given to dumb animals. Think of the families herded together in miserable tenements, many of them dark basements, reeking with dampness and filth. In these wretched places children are born and grow up and die. They see nothing of the beauty of natural things that God has created to delight the senses and uplift the soul. Ragged and half-starved, they live amid vice and depravity, molded in character by the wretchedness and sin that surround them. Children hear the name of God only in profanity. Foul speech, imprecations, and revilings fill their ears. The fumes of liquor and tobacco, sickening stenches, moral degradation, pervert their senses. Thus multitudes are trained to become criminals, foes to society that has abandoned them to misery and degradation.

Not all the poor in the city slums are of this class. God-fearing men and women have been brought to the depths of poverty by illness or misfortune, often through the dishonest scheming of those who live by preying upon their fellows. Many who are upright and well-meaning become poor through lack of industrial training. Through ignorance they are unfitted to wrestle with the difficulties of life. Drifting into the cities, they are often unable to find employment. Surrounded by the sights and sounds of vice, they are subjected to terrible temptation. Herded and often classed with the vicious and degraded, it is only by a superhuman struggle, a more than finite power, that they can be preserved from sinking to the same depths. Many hold fast their integrity, choosing to suffer rather than to sin; this class especially demand help, sympathy, and encouragement.  We must have hearts that are tender to these people.

How can the poor and hungry be awakened to the necessity of improvement? How can they be directed to a higher ideal of life? How can they be helped to rise? What can be done where poverty prevails and is to be contended with at every step? Certainly the work is difficult. The necessary reformation will never be made unless men and women are assisted by a power outside of themselves. It is God's purpose that the rich and the poor shall be closely bound together by the ties of sympathy and helpfulness. Those who have means, talents, and capabilities are to use these gifts in blessing their fellow men.  Join with me today!   Call Bro. Monroe (423) 290-8680.

For three years the disciples had before them the wonderful example of Christ. Day by day they walked and talked with Him, hearing His words of cheer to the weary and heavy-laden, and seeing the manifestations of His power in behalf of the sick and afflicted. When the time came for Him to leave them, He gave them power and grace to work as He had worked, saying, "Freely ye have received, freely give." They were to go forth into the world to shed abroad the light of His gospel of love and healing.

The work He had done they were to do and this is the work we also are to do in the world. In sympathy and compassion we are to minister to those in need, seeking with unselfish earnestness to lighten the woes of suffering humanity.

In the path which the poor, the neglected, the suffering, and the sorrowing must tread, the Saviour walked while on this earth. We shall find His footsteps by the sick-bed, by the side of the suffering, in the hovels of the poverty-stricken and distressed. We may walk in these footsteps, comforting the sorrowful and speaking words of hope and courage to the despondent.

As we engage in this work, we are to remember that man has a body as well as a soul to save. Both are to be restored to health by God's simple but efficacious methods. In this, as in all else, Christ is our example. When people applied to Him for help, He relieved the suffering body before He attempted to minister to the darkened mind. The physical sickness of the suppliant removed, his mind could better be directed into the channel of truth.

Our Lord devoted more time and labor to healing the sick than to preaching. When He sent forth the seventy, He commanded them to heal the sick, and then to preach that the kingdom of God had come nigh unto them. The physical health was first to be cared for, that the way might be prepared for the reception of the truth which the apostles were to proclaim.

In giving His last commission to the disciples, Christ said: "Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. . . . When the Saviour comes again, He will commend those who have visited the afflicted and relieved their necessities. He will say: "Come, ye blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world; for I was an hungered, and ye gave Me meat; I was thirsty, and ye gave Me drink; I was a stranger, and ye took Me in; naked, and ye clothed Me; I was sick, and ye visited Me; I was in prison, and ye came unto Me. . . . Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these My brethren, ye have done it unto Me."

The greatest of all gifts, all talents, is true, Christ-like love. It is not position or profession that makes a man of value in God's sight. It is being good and doing good. Paul declares: "If I have the gift of prophecy, and know all mysteries and all knowledge, . . . but have not love, I am nothing." "If I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not love, I am become sounding brass, or a clanging cymbal." "Now abideth faith, hope, love, these three; and the greatest of these is love."

Why or how did you get this prospectus? Take action or give this to someone else, don’t just sit on it.  Remember, God has Blessings and He has Curses…. I’ve seen people be blessed for obeying God and I’ve seen people cursed for disobedience!

How much means is expended for things that are mere idols, things that engross thought and time and strength which should be put to a higher use! How much money is wasted on expensive houses and furniture, on selfish pleasures, luxurious and unwholesome food, hurtful indulgences! How much is squandered on gifts that benefit no one! For things that are needless, often harmful, professed Christians are today spending more, many times more, than they spend in seeking to rescue souls from the tempter.

Many who profess to be Christians spend so much on dress that they have nothing to spare for the needs of others. Costly ornaments and expensive clothing they think they must have, regardless of the needs of those who can with difficulty provide themselves with even the plainest clothing

As you open your door to Christ's needy and suffering ones, you are welcoming unseen angels. You invite the companionship of heavenly beings. They bring a sacred atmosphere of joy and peace. They come with praises upon their lips, and an answering strain is heard in heaven. Every deed of mercy makes music there. The Father from His throne numbers the unselfish workers among His most precious treasures.

It’s time for us to put our money where their mouth is!

Whatever you do, will help! We all must get involved, we must!

The Lord Jesus said, “Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy.” There never was a time when there was greater need for the exercise of mercy than today. The poor, the hungry and homeless are all around us and are ready to perish. There are many who complain of God because the world is so full of want and suffering, but God never meant that this misery should exist. He never meant that one man should have an abundance of the luxuries of life while the children of others cry for bread.

God has made us His stewards, and He is not to be charged with the sufferings, the misery, the nakedness, and the want of humanity. The Lord has made ample provision for all. He has given to thousands of men and women large supplies with which to alleviate the want of their fellows; but those whom God has made stewards have not stood the test, for they have failed to relieve the suffering and the needy. When men who have been abundantly blessed of Heaven with large wealth fail to carry out God’s design, and do not relieve the poor and the oppressed, the Lord is displeased and will surely visit them.

If we would do our duty as faithful stewards of our Lord’s goods, there would be no cry for bread, none suffering in destitution, none naked and in want; it is our unfaithfulness that brings about the state of suffering in which humanity is plunged. If those whom God has made stewards would but appropriate their Lord’s goods to the object for which He gave to them, this state of suffering would not exist. The Lord tests us by giving us an abundance of good things, just as He tested the rich man of the parable.

The reason why God has permitted some of the human family to be so rich and some so poor will remain a mystery until eternity.  In the providence of God, events have been so ordered that the poor are always with us, in order that there may be a constant exercise in the human heart of the attributes of mercy and love. Man is to cultivate the tenderness and compassion of Christ; he is not to separate himself from the sorrowing, the afflicted, the needy, and the distressed.  While the world needs sympathy, while it needs the prayers and assistance of God’s people, while it needs to see Christ in the lives of His followers, the people of God are equally in need of opportunities that draw out their sympathies, give efficiency to their prayers, and develop in them a character like that of the divine pattern. It is to provide these opportunities that God has placed among us the poor, the unfortunate, the sick, and the suffering. They are Christ’s legacy to His church, and they are to be cared for as He would care for them. In this way God takes away the dross and purifies the gold, giving us that culture of heart and character which we need.

When we ask Him for our daily bread He looks into our hearts to see if we will share the same with those more needy than ourselves. Those who are indifferent to the wants of the needy will be counted unfaithful stewards, and will be registered as enemies of God and man; they prove that they have no connection with Christ.  Please, Get involved today!  Call Monroe now!

Question : Working with homeless people is dangerous;  Right?

Answer : Safety is found not in the abscence of danger but in the presence of God.
